About Daniel
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who treats symptoms as survival functions--things a mind does under extreme pressure that we can identify, steady, understand, and reshape. If you've felt misread by the world (or by systems that are supposed to help us), you've found the right therapist.

How I Work
-
Contain > Name > Integrate. First we steady and ground, then name what's happening, then widen the frame for perspective before acting
-
Deep, not vague. I use psychoanalytic and relational methods; when needed, I add behavioral tools such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
-
Bidirectional reality-testing. Both the standard for measuring and the measurement are considered and tested.
-
Faith friendly yet scientifically grounded: I can integrate spirituality when it helps teh client and work within grounded theory and based evidence.
